P-P38和NF-κB蛋白在子宫内膜癌中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：[目的]检测子宫内膜癌组织P-P38蛋白和NF-κB蛋白表达并探讨其意义。[方法]采用组织芯片技术和微波EliVisionTM免疫组织化学法检测60例子宫内膜癌、32例正常子宫内膜组织中P-P38蛋白和NF-κB蛋白的表达,并分析其表达与临床病理指标的关系。[结果]子宫内膜癌组织中P-P38和NF-κB分别表达定位于细胞核和细胞浆,其表达明显高于正常对照组织(P<0.05)。两者的表达与肌层浸润程度、淋巴结转移及临床分期有关(P<0.05);两者之间表达呈正相关(r=0.561,P<0.05)。[结论]P-P38和NF-κB在子宫内膜癌呈高表达,且与子宫内膜癌的进展和转移相关。[Objective] To determine the expression of P-P38 and NF-κB in the endometrial carcinoma and the significance.[Methods] The 60 endometrial cancers,32 normal endometrial tissues were detected P-P38 and NF-κB expression with microwave EliVisionTMand tissue microarray.[Results] the expressions of P-P38 and NF-κB were located with the nucleus and the cytoplasm,respectively.The expressions of both proteins were higher than those of the normal tissue（P〈0.05）.The expressions of them were related with myometrial invasion,lymph nodemetastasis and clinical stage of the cancer（P〈0.05）.The expressions of the two proteins were positively correlated（r=0.561,P0.05）.[Conclusion] The P-P38 and NF-κB were highly expressed in the endometrial cancer and their expressions were related with the development and the metastasis of the cancer.
