摘  要:目的 :研究全反式维甲酸 (ATRA)对舌癌细胞株的体内诱导分化作用。方法 :人舌癌细胞株分别经下列方法处理后接种于裸鼠皮下 ,(1)未经药物处理 ,(2 )未经药物处理的舌癌细胞接种后立即行ATRA灌胃 ,(3)经 10 μmol/LATRA处理 3天或 6天的舌癌细胞 ;观察肿瘤的生长状态、倍增时间和抑瘤率 ,3周后处死动物取出瘤块行病理学检查。结果 :经A TRA处理后 ,肿瘤生长速率减慢 ,倍增时间延长和抑瘤率增高 ,光镜下治疗组和对照组未见明显变化 ,透射电镜下可见肿瘤细胞产生一定的分化 ,出现较多的凋亡细胞。结论 :以上结果表明ATRA对体内的舌癌细胞有一定的诱导分化作用。Objective: To determine the effect of all trans retinoic acid (ATRA) on human tongue carcinoma in vivo Methods: The human tongue carcinoma cell were implanted into the right axial regions of nude mice after following process: ①No any medicinal treatment, ②No any medicinal treatment but intragastric feeding of ATRA immediately following implantation; ③Treating with ATRA (10 μmol/L) for 3 or 6 days Tumor growth state, doubling time and tumor inhibitation rate were observed Result:In the ATRA treatment group, the tumor growth rate was decreased, tumor doubling time was prolonged and tumor inhibitation rate was inereased Although there was not any significant difference among three groups under light microscope, differentiation and many apoptosis of carcinoma cells were observed under transmissional election microscope Conclusion:The result suggests that the ATRA may induce differentiation of human tongue carcinoma cells in vivo
