摘　　要：我国传统哲学思想博大精深,对我国本土企业的发展有着重要影响。本文借鉴吸收法家代表人物韩非子的思想精华,从对领导者的要求、建设质量文化的制度准备、实施要点三个方面入手,探讨适用于我国本土企业的质量文化建设途径。Chinese traditional philosophy is extensive and profound. It has great influence on the development of local enterprises. On the requirements for leader, system preparation, and implementation of key points, the paper absorbs the essence of Han Fei＇ s thought which is representative of legalism ideology, to research the way of estanlishing quality culture applying to local enterprise.
