摘  要:目的探讨p53、鼠双微体2(murine double mimute 2,MDM2)和增殖细胞核抗原(proliferating cell nuclear antigen,PCNA)在皮肤鳞状细胞癌皮损中的表达及意义。方法选择皮肤鳞状细胞癌30例,正常皮肤组织15例,分别采用免疫组织化学法检测皮损中p53、MDM2和PCNA蛋白的表达。结果皮肤鳞状细胞癌组织中p53、MDM2、PCNA蛋白的阳性表达均明显高于正常皮肤组织,差异有统计学意义(x^2=7.697、19.397、5.625,P<0.05)。结论 p53、MDM2的高表达提示其在皮肤鳞状细胞癌的发生发展中起重要作用。Objective To investigate the expression of p53, murine double mimute 2 (MDM2) and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in cutaneous squmous cell carcinoma and their significance. Methods Skin specimens were obtained from the lesions of 30 patients with cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma and normal skin of 15 healthy controls. Immunocytochemistry was used to detect the protein expression of p53, MDM2 and PCNA. Results The cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma tissue specimens were significantly differed from the control tissue specimens in the expression rate of p53 ( X2 = 7. 697, P 〈 0.05 ), MDM2 ( X2 = 19. 397, P 〈 0.05 ) and PCNA ( X2 = 5. 625, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The expression of p53, MDM2 and PCNA is significantly higher in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma than in normal skin tissue. The high expression of p53 and MDM2 may play a significant role in the processes of carcinogenesis of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma.
