大学内部质量保障机制的偏差与调适

摘　　要：受外部环境和内部保障主体的影响和制约,大学内部质量保障机制存在保障目标偏离、保障主体价值冲突、保障环境恶化等问题。增强大学内部质量保障机制的有效性,需要矫正保障目标、平衡价值主体利益、优化质量保障环境。As the influence and restriction of both the external environment and the internal quality assu- rance mechanism, there still remain some problems of goal deviation, value conflicts and aggravation of environment in the university internal quality assurance mechanism. To enhance the effectiveness of uni- versity internal quality assurance mechanism, it is important to revalue the security goals, to balance the interests of the principal subject and to optimize the environment of the quality insurance.
