萎胃散对慢性萎缩性胃炎胃黏膜及bcl-2、bax表达的临床研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨中药萎胃散对慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的治疗作用及对胃黏膜bcl-2与bax表达的影响。[方法]临床观察142例不同程度CAG的患者,随机分为治疗组73例,对照组69例,采集胃黏膜组织行病理学检查,应用免疫组化方法,比较治疗后2组胃黏膜萎缩程度及bcl-2、bax的表达。[结果]治疗组与对照组比较,中度胃黏膜萎缩程度有明显缓解,重度胃黏膜萎缩缓解不明显;与对照组比较,治疗组bcl-2在胃黏膜的阳性表达明显升高,具有统计学意义(P<0.01),bax表达无明显差异(P>0.05)。[结论]萎胃散可逆转中度CAG的发展,可能是提高了胃黏膜bcl-2表达,抑制了细胞凋亡。[Objective] To study Chinese medicine Weiwei powder in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis and the expression of bcl-2 and bax of gastric mucosa.[Methods]One hundred and forty-two chronic atrophic gastritis patients were observed by collecting gastric mucosa for pathological examination and comparisons of bcl-2 and bax expression.[Results]Compared with control group,moderate atrophy of treatment group was significantly alleviated,but severe gastric mucosal atrophy had no significant relief.Gastric mucosal bcl-2 expression increased significantly（P0.01）,while bax expression showed no difference（P0.05）.[Conclusion]Weiwei powder can reverse the development of moderate chronic atrophic gastritis.The mechanism may be involved with the increased bcl-2 expression which inhibits apoptosis.
