复方斑蝥胶囊联合经动脉化疗对幽门支架置入治疗幽门恶性梗阻通畅时间的影响

摘　　要：[目的]观察复方斑蝥胶囊联合经动脉化疗对幽门支架置入治疗幽门恶性梗阻通畅时间的影响。[方法]幽门恶性梗阻患者69例,随机分为治疗1组23例,治疗2组21例,治疗3组15例,对照组10例。治疗1组采用经动脉顺铂、5-氟尿嘧啶、丝裂霉素灌注化疗及幽门支架置入治疗;治疗2组采用复方斑蝥胶囊及幽门支架置入治疗;治疗3组采用复方斑蝥胶囊联合经动脉化疗及幽门支架置入治疗;对照组仅予幽门支架置入治疗。比较4组幽门支架置入治疗后幽门恶性梗阻的通畅时间。[结果]治疗1组和治疗2组及治疗3组分别与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1组和治疗2组间相互比较差异无统计学意义;治疗3组与治疗1组、治疗2组分别比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]复方斑蝥胶囊联合经动脉化疗及支架置入是延长幽门恶性梗阻幽门支架通畅时间的有效方法。[Objective]To evaluate the effect of Fufangbanmao capsule combined with transcatheter arterial chemotherapy（TAC） on the obstruction time of gastric outlet obstruction after treatment of metal stent implantation.[Methods]Metal stent was performed through gastroendoscopy in 69 patients with malignant gastric outlet obstruction.All the patients were randomly divided into two groups： the treatment group 1,23 patients,the treatment group 2,21 patients,the treatment group 3,15 patients,and the control group,10 patients.The treatment group 1 received intra-arterial infusion of cisplatin,5-fluorouracil,and mitomycin.The treatment group 2 was given Fufangbanmao capsule,2 capsules per day for 6 month.The treatment group 3 received oral Fufangbanmao capsule and TAC.The control group only received metal stent implantation.[Results]The obstruction time in the treatment group was later than that in the control group;there was significant difference between the three groups（P0.05）.[Conclusion]Fufangbanmao capsule and TAC can effectively prevent the obstruction of gastric outlet obstruction following metal stent implantation.
