疏肝健脾化瘀法治疗早期肝硬化患者疗效的B超观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察疏肝健脾化瘀法治疗早期肝硬化患者彩色B超下肝脏的改善情况。[方法]160例确诊为早期肝硬化患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,2组均常规给予保肝降酶和抗病毒治疗,在此基础上治疗组予疏肝健脾化瘀法中药治疗,对照组予复方鳖甲软肝片治疗,采用双盲法原则,观察2组患者治疗前后彩色B超下肝脏的相关变化及治疗结束后主要症状、体征的改善情况。[结果]治疗组治疗结束后肝脏的表面形态、肝实质硬化结节改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05),而对脾肿大的改善情况,二组之间比较差异无统计学意义;对门静脉主干直径和脾脏厚度的改善,治疗组治疗前后自身对比P<0.01;而对脾静脉直径的改善,对照组治疗前后比较P<0.05。对门静脉主干改善情况,治疗结束后,2组之间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]疏肝健脾化瘀法对早期肝硬化患者B超下肝脏相关病变有一定的改善作用。[Objective]To observe the improvement of Shugan-Jianpi-Huayu Therapy on the ultrasonic B diagnosis of early-state hepatic cirrhosis,and testify the clinical effects.[Methods]One hundred and sixty patients with early-state hepatic cirrhosis were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group.The conventional liver protection and anti-virus program were administered.Shugan-Jianpi-Huayu Therapy was prescribed in the treatment group,and Fufang-Biejiaruangan Tablet was prescribed in the control group.Double-blind observation was made on the liver changes of the ultrasonic B diagnosis as well as the improvement of symptoms and physical examination between the two groups.[Results]As for the improvement of the surface and cirrhosis of liver,there was significant difference between two groups（P0.05）;and as for the improvement of splenomegalia,there was no significant difference.As for the portal vein diameter and spleen thickness,there was significant difference before and after therapy in the treatment group（P0.01）;as for the improvement of spleen vein diameter,there was significant difference before and after therapy in the control group（P0.05）.As for the improvement of portal vein after therapy,there was significant difference between the two groups（P0.01）.[Conclusion]Shugan-Jianpi-Huayu Therapy has a certain efficacy on the ultrasonic B diagnosis of early-state hepatic cirrhosis.
