摘  要:目的探索团体辅导对中职护理专业学生学习自我管理能力的影响。方法对学习自我管理能力得分低于常模(小于总分70%)的102名中职护理专业学生进行团体辅导,并对其辅导前后的学习自我管理能力、内在价值和认知策略进行比较。结果团体辅导后102名中职护理专业学生在自我管理、内在价值、认知策略等方面较辅导前有了明显的改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论团体辅导可有效提高中职护理专业学生的学习自我管理能力。Objective To explore the effect of group counseling on learning self-management ability of secondary nursing students. Methods Totally 102 secondary nursing students whose self-management ability score was below the norm(less than 70% of the total score) received group counseling. Learning self-management ability,intrinsic value and cognitive strategy were compared before and after group counseling. Results After the group counseling,the self management,intrinsic value and cognitive strategies of the 102 secondary nursing students got obvious improvement than before (P〈0.05). Conclusion Group counseling can improve the learning self-management ability effectively in the secondary nursing professional students.
