阿立哌唑与利培酮对精神分裂症患者糖脂代谢的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨阿立哌唑与利培酮对精神分裂症患者糖脂代谢的影响。方法将156例精神分裂症患者随机分为2组,每组78例,研究组口服阿立哌唑治疗,对照组口服利培酮治疗,观察8周。于治疗前及治疗8周末检测2组血糖、血脂、血清泌乳素水平及体重指数,对2组上述测评结果进行对比分析。结果研究组治疗前后血糖、血脂、血清泌乳素及体重指数各项指标检测结果均无显著变化(P>0.05),对照组治疗8周末空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、血清泌乳素水平及体重指数均较治疗前有显著增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗前2组各项检测指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗8周末,研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、血清泌乳素水平及体重指数水平均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论利培酮对精神分裂症患者的血糖、血脂、血清泌乳素水平及体重指数均有显著影响,而阿立哌唑则无明显影响,值得临床推广使用。[Objective]To explore the influence of aripiprazole and risperidone on glucose and lipid metabolism of schizophrenia patients.[Methods]156 schizophrenics were randomly divided into two groups,78 cases in each group.The research group was given aripiprazole orally,the control group was given risperidone orally,for 8 weeks.The levels of blood glucose,blood lipid,serum prolactin and body mass index（BMI） were detected before treatment and 8 weeks after treatment,and the results of two groups were contrastively analyzed.[Results]There were no significant changes in levels of blood glucose,blood lipid,serum prolactin and BMI between before and after treatment in the research group（P0.05）.In the control group,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,triglyceride,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,serum prolactin and BMI after 8 weeks treatment were significantly higher that those before treatment（P0.01）.There was no significant difference in detected indexes before treatment between two groups（P0.05）.At the end of 8th week,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,triglyceride,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,serum prolactin and BMI in the research group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P0.01）.[Conclusion]Risperidone has obvious effect on levels of blood glucose,blood lipid,serum prolactin and BMI of schizophrenia patients,while aripiprazole has no harmful effect,which is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
