摘　　要：目的了解某部猪瘦肉中盐酸克伦特罗的污染状况。方法用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)间接竞争法检测样品中盐酸克伦特罗的含量。结果 ELISA法检测72份样品中有7份盐酸克伦特罗呈阳性(>0.1 ng/ml),阳性率为9.2%。结论该部猪瘦肉中存在盐酸克伦特罗污染的可能。[ Objective ] To understand the pollution status of clenbuterol hydrochloride in lean pork in a troop. [ Methods ] The con- tent of clenbuterol hydrochloride in samples was detected by indirect competitive ELISA. [ Results] Among 72 samples, 7 were posi- tive for clenbuterol hydrochloride （ 〉0. 1 ng/ml）, and the positive rate was 9.2%. [ Conclusion] The clenbuterol hydrochloride pollution may exist in lean pork in this troop.
