对如何构建本科生测评体系问题的思考与设计

摘  要:在目前的中国高校中,对大学生个体的质量考核还主要集中在对学业成绩的测评上,虽就此单一化的标准也产生相应的淘汰率,但缺乏对大学生个体进行综合素质考核的定量尺度。在思考如何提升大学及大学生存在于社会价值的基础上,针对如何构建本科生测评体系的问题进行分析与思考,设计出综合素质硬件测评、学术报告测评、人气测评、任课教师印象测评等4门课程,将它们结合到相应的学位必修课与选修课中,并建议采取末尾淘汰制,旨在建立起科学、合理、具备教育竞争力的本科生测评体系。In the current Chinese universities, the quality assessment for individual college students is mainly concentrated on academic achievement evaluation. This single standard also produced the corresponding elimination rate, but comprehensive quality assessment of quantitative scale for individual college student lacks. On the basis of thinking about enhancing the society value of university and college students, analyzing and thinking the problem of constructing the evaluation system for undergraduate, designing four courses, they are comprehensive quality hardware evaluation, academic report evaluation, Human evaluation, teacher' s impression evaluation etc., they are bonded to the corresponding degree of required courses and elective courses and recommended to take out at the end of the system, in order to establish a scientific, reasonable, with competitive undergraduate education evaluation system.
