论高等教育薄弱地区高等教育与经济互动发展实践——以江苏省宿迁市为例

摘　　要：高等教育已成为知识经济时代经济、社会、文化全面发展的引擎。实践证明高等教育薄弱地区的高等教育与经济互动发展具有重要意义。通过对宿迁实践的思考,高教薄弱地区从总体策略制定、地方政府主导、企业主动性发挥等方面,高校从人才培养、科技创新和服务社会能力提升等方面采取措施,实施高等教育与经济互动协调发展。The higher education has been the engine to develop the economy ,the society and the culture in the knowledge economy age. The practice confirms that the high education has the importance with the in- teractive development of economy in the areas having poor education. Through thinking of the SuQian practice, those areas having poor education take some measures to carry the harmonious development between higher ed- ucation and economy out from the aspects of the overall strategy formulation, local government leading, enter- prise initiative playing and so on and so do higher education schools from the aspects of the personnel training, the technological innovation and the advance of ability to serve the society and so on.
