“和谐使命-2011”任务中文职护士的管理与实践

摘　　要：目的介绍2011年9月16日至12月30日“和谐使命-2011”任务中文职人员的管理与实践经验，探讨任职人员是否有能力担负重大海外医疗服务任务。方法全面分析文职人员的特点，通过强化军事训练、应急保障训练，来提高文职人员的综合素质，通过在政治上、培养与管理上和生活上同等对待，来促进文职人员的积极性与能动性，合理组织、积极调配。结果通过多层面的强化训练，文职人员明确了担负卫勤保障任务的职责，共参与完成了门诊工作10840人次，体检工作共606人，手术中台上器械、台下巡回工作共118例，病房输液、术前准备、术后护理等工作共549住院日，健康指导工作共549人，出色地完成了“和谐使命-2011”任务。结论文职人员可以担负起“和谐使命-2011”这样集政治外交、医疗服务于一身的重大任务，是现阶段军队医疗体系中不可或缺的重要组成部分。Objective To introduce the Management and practice of Chinese vocational nurses in the task of ＂Harmonious mission-2011＂ between September 16 and December 30 2011, so as to explore the abilities of office staff whether can undertake major overseas missions of medical service. Methods Comprehensively analyzed civilian characteristics of nurses, improved their comprehensive qualities by strengthening of military training, emergency safeguard training, and promoted enthusiasm and initiative, the reasonable organization, active deployment of civilian staff, which through the same treatment in the aspects such as politics, cultivate and management and the life and so on. Results Through multiple levels of intensive training, civilian personnel explicitly assumed medical support duties, totals of outpatient service 10840 person-times, physical examination of 606 people, operation work on 118 cases of stage tour, ward care of 549 hospital days, health guidance for 549 patients. And civilian personnel had excellently completed the task of ＂ harmonious mission-2011 ＂ Conclusions Civilian personnel can take the task of ＂harmonious mission-2011 ＂, which is the combination of polit{cal and diplomatic, medical services, and an indispensable part for the current military medical service.
