摘　　要：统计误差产生的原因十分复杂 ,误差种类繁多 ,因而 ,统计误差的控制是一项非常复杂的工程。为此 ,我们必须对统计误差的性质、种类及产生原因进行全面、深入的剖析 ,在此基础上 ,建立一个具有标本兼治、防控结合的统计误差控制系统 ,以达到全面控制统计误差的目的。There are various kinds and complicated reasons in statistical errors, so the control of statistical errors is also acomplicated project. We, therefore, should carry out a thorough and deep analysis in the essence, kinds and the reasons of statistical errors. On the base of the analysis, we can set up a control system of statistical errors. The system can tackle the statistical errors not only on the surface, but also at the root, and it can also combine the protection with the control of statistical errors in order to achieve the goal of controlling the statistical errors completely.
