护士对中心静脉压认识与掌握程度的调查与分析

摘　　要：目的了解目前护士对中心静脉压(CVP)知识认识与掌握程度的真实情况,加强临床护士对CVP监测的重视意识并促使护士进一步掌握。方法采用自设问卷调查表,对一家三级甲等医院的110名护士进行CVP相关知识的问卷调查。结果 60.9%的护士在平时护理工作中需要测量CVP,但仅38.2%的护士在平时工作中有过CVP相关知识的学习。对CVP的测量意义回答平均正确率为63.6%,测量方法平均正确率为62.9%。常用与非常用CVP监测科室的护士对CVP相关知识掌握程度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护士应加强CVP相关知识的学习,一名合格的临床护士应掌握这项重要的病情监测指标。Objective To understand the true situation of nurse′s cognition and mastery about central venous pressure（CVP）at the present time for strengthening the nurses′awareness of CVP monitoring and urging nurses to further grasp CVP monitoring.Methods 110 nurses in a Grade 2A hospital were surveyed on the related knowledge of CVP with self-designed questionnaire.Results 60.9% of the nurses needed to monitor CVP in their usual jobs,only 38.2% took the learning courses about CVP during their jobs.The accurate rate of significance of CVP monitoring was 63.6% at average,which of CVP measurement method averaged 62.9%.There was significant difference in the mastery degrees about CVP between the nurses with and without common use of CVP monitoring（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The nurses need to strengthen the learning of CVP related knowledge,an eligible nurse must grasp this important index of CVP for monitoring the disease condition.
