外科手术联合正畸牵引治疗含牙囊肿临床研究

摘　　要：目的对口腔含牙囊肿内所包含的阻生恒牙通过外科手术去除囊肿,暴露内含牙齿,联合正畸牵引使阻生恒牙进入正常牙列的治疗效果进行研究。方法对3例含牙囊肿采用刮除囊壁暴露牙齿,联合正畸牵引。结果含牙囊肿中的牙齿回到正常牙列,牙周组织健康,远期疗效稳定。结论对于囊肿范围局限于相邻牙齿牙根之间,内含恒牙形态无明显异常或虽有倾斜度但可以通过正畸方法牵引萌出的含牙囊肿,采用外科手术刮除囊壁联合正畸牵引内含恒牙是一种有效保留囊肿内含阻生牙齿的治疗手段。Objective To study the curative effect of dentigerous cyst containing impacted permanent tooth by surgical operation for eliminating cyst and exposing containing tooth combined with orthodontic traction for making impacted tooth into normal dentition.Methods 3 cases of dentigerous cyst with impacted tooth were treated with surgical cyst curage for exposing tooth combined with orthodontic traction.Results The impacted tooth in dentigerous cyst was brought into the normal dentition with healthy periodontal tissues and long term stable effect.Conclusion For dentigerous cyst,which cyst range limiting to between the adjacent teeth and teeth roots,and containing impacted permanent tooth without apparently abnormal form and with the gradient allowing the eruption of the impacted tooth through orthodontic traction,the surgical curage of dentigerous cyst combined with the orthodontic traction of containing impacted permanent tooth is an effective measure to preserve the impacted tooth within dentigerous cyst.
