摘　　要：目的:采用基于web service方式将门诊持卡就医系统与医疗保险业务系统无缝集成,实现门诊持卡就医系统对医疗保险业务的支持。方法:通过账户绑定解决门诊就诊卡与"医保卡"二卡合一、数据兼容的问题;采用web service技术,调用医保业务核心组件、利用XML进行数据传递解决HIS系统与医保服务器之间数据交换。结果:持"医保卡"可进行所有医疗过程中的自助业务功能,满足医保门诊费用实时结算及数据上传。结论:融合了"社保卡"的门诊持卡系统,其应用极大地方便了持"医保卡"人员的就诊,为医院带来了显著的经济效益和社会效益。Objective:to realize seamless integration of"clinical card"outpatient medical system and medical insurance system,achieving with medical insurance system based on clinical card.Methods:by account binding to achieve consolidation of outpatient's clinical card and medical insurance card as well as data compatibility;by referencing the core components of Medicare business,with web service technology to realize data transfer using XML and to solve data exchange problems between HIS and the Medicare server.Results:achieve all self-service functionalities and meet the needs of real-time outpatient cost settlement and data upload.Conclusion:the application runs smoothly and brings great convenience to out-patients,which has brought significant economic and social benefits.
