摘　　要：高校毕业生职业适应问题,影响大学生的职业生涯发展前景,也影响高校的健康发展。高校应该积极应对,采取有效的教育措施,对大学生进行职业意识教育、职业生涯教育、职业技能教育、职业道德和法律教育,使毕业生积极了解职场要求,根据现实环境适时调整自己的期望值和目标,探索合理的职业规划,培养职业素质、职业技能和职业能力,坚守职业道德和法律法规,培养职业兴趣,使毕业生提高综合素质,完善人格形象,具备与岗位相匹配的职业素养,顺利渡过职业适应期。The problem of the university graduates career adaptation affects not only the university students＇ prospects for career development but also the healthy university development itself. The university should initiatively find the solutions to the problem, taking effective educational measures, such as the education of career awareness, professional skills, morals and laws. The university graduates actively learn about the career requirements; adjust their expectation and goals according to their real environment; explore reasonable career plans; develop professional qualities, skills and capacities; stick to the professional morals and laws; cultivate their career interest; improve their comprehensive quality and be ready for the future position, thus transiting the period of career adaptation smoothly.
