摘　　要：论述了"完全学分制"的内涵,探讨了研究生教育实行完全学分制的必要性和可行性,并对实行完全学分制进行了初步构想。The paper discussed the content of ＂Complete Credit System＂ and inquired into the necessity and possibilities of the Postgraduates Education practicing the Complete Credit System, and then provided a initial construction.
