摘　　要：电工实习课程在培养电工技术人才中发挥着重要作用,但在实际的电工实习教学过程中却出现种种问题,表现为学生消极的学习状态、陈旧的教学课程内容、单一的教学方式、不合理的学生考核制度,要有效地解决这些问题需要运用各种方式激发学生的学习兴趣,更新教学内容,采取多样化的教学方式,变革相应的考核制度,提高实习课程的教学效果。The electrical engineering practice course plays an important role in cultivating talents of electrical engineering, but there exist many problems in practical teaching. In order to effectively solve these problems, teachers should use various methods to stimulate students＇ learning interest, update teaching contents, adopt diversified teaching methods, reform relevant evaluation system and improve teaching effect.
