摘　　要：马铃薯软腐病是影响马铃薯生产安全的重要病害之一,分析广东省马铃薯细菌性软腐病的发生及其症状,通过分离病原菌,采用生物化学和分子生物学的方法对该致病菌进行鉴定,确定该致病菌为肠杆菌科的Pectobacterium carotovorum subsp.Carotovorum。Baceterial soft rot was one of the most devastating diseases of potato,and it was the first report of bacterial soft rot of potato in the Guangdong province.Bacteria were successfully isolated from all diseased tissues,and confirmed by both of the biochemical methods and molecular biology.The pathogenic strain was identified as Pectobacterium carotovorum subsp.carotovorum.
