摘 要:介绍数控推台锯MJK6140主机翻转结构的工作原理,并利用虚拟样机技术进行建模及运动仿真,对机构具体结构形状及运动关系加以分析,简化出样机模型;根据其运动方式及各部件连接关系,合理的抽取出其在三维模型中的约束关系及原动件运动方程;分析测量出其工作过程中锯片摆角与相应部件间运动参数关系。通过示例可以证明,利用虚拟样机技术并借助ADAMS软件这种设计方法可大大减少设计工作量、缩短设计周期并且结果准确。The paper introduces the working principle of the host tipping mechanism of the numerical control table saw MJK6140.Virtual Prototype Technology was used to create the model and simulate the movement.The prototype model was simplified according to the specific shape and the motion relationship.According to the working way and the syntagmatic relation,the constraint relation and equation of the motion in the 3D model were extracted.The parameter relationship between saw angular and the corresponding parts was measured.The sample has demonstrated that the use of virtual prototype technology with the help of ADAMS can reduce the design work,shorten the design cycle greatly,and achieve accurate results.
