摘  要:基于我国护栏的设计条件,现设计出一款应用范围更广、防护性能更强的新型双面W板护栏。该护栏采用两侧W板和10号工字钢为立柱的新型结构,可布置于森林车运输地带的高危路段和道路中央隔离带处。应用等效力的计算方法分别对新型护栏和传统单面护栏进行护栏变形量和材料所受等效应力等方面的静力仿真分析。仿真结果表明:新型护栏在一般碰撞条件下满足防护要求,并较传统单面护栏变形量更小,确立新型护栏的可行性。Based on the guardrail design conditions in China,a new double W-beam guardrail was designed with more extensive application scope and stronger protection performance.The guardrail used double W-beam and No.10 I-beam as the column,which can be placed in a high-risk section of road and the central isolation belt,especially forest car transport belt.Static simulation analysis was conducted on the guardrail deformation and equivalent stress of the novel guardrail and traditional single guardrail using the calculation method of equivalent stress.The simulation results showed that the new guardrail can meet the protection requirements under general collision conditions,and showed smaller distortion compared to the traditional single guardrail,which demonstrated the feasibility of the new guardrail.
