摘　　要：基于排队模型的应用,本文对企业过程再造(BPR)的若干准则,如减少检查和控制,减少折衷和协调,提供单点接触,集权与分权并存等的有效性和相应的条件进行了研究,以便对再造准则进行深刻理解和灵活应用。By using queuing models, this paper, carries out researches on the validity and relevant conditions of some principles of Business Process Reengineering (BPR) , such as the reduction of checks and control, the reduction of compromise and coordination, the single point of contact provided by a case manager, the hybrid of centralized/decentralized operation.
