论环境法与自然资源法体系的相对独立性与协同统一性

摘　　要：从环境与自然资源的价值的分析入手对环境与自然资源 ,环境权与自然资源权两组概念进行区分 ,可在此基础上证明环境法和自然资源法的调整对象、基本内容与中心问题的不同 ,从而证明环境法与自然资源法体系的相对独立性。环境法与自然资源法体系不是绝对独立的 。Through a contrastive analysis of their value,this article distingaishes the two sets of conceptions:environment and natural resources;the right of environment and the right of natural resources,and then proves that the enviroumental law and the law of natural resources are different in regulative targets,basic contents and central issues.Since the two law systems are not absolutely independent,the article also proves the coordinative unity of the two.
