摘 要:针对深圳福田区大型地下车站的工程建设提出了一种新型的钢管混凝土柱-型钢混凝土梁加强环式节点构造型式。首先根据相似性原理,对其进行了正常使用工况和极限工况下的单调加载试验和破坏试验;分析了该节点型式的变形、应变、裂缝的开展、破坏形态以及最终承载力能否满足设计要求;然后在合理的选择材料本构关系、破坏准则的基础上利用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS对此试件进行了非线性数值模拟,试验结果与有限元结果吻合较好。研究结果表明:该节点传力路线明确,受力性能良好,能满足正常使用工况下的承载力设计要求;根据分析结果改进后的新型节点已经用于实际工程实践。In combination with the design and construction of super large span underground structure work of Shenzhen Futian subway station.This paper presents a new kind of concrete-filled steel tube column(CFSTC) joint,which is similar to the common reinforced concrete beam-column joint and meets the requirement of architectural design well.Based on the monotonic loading experimental investigation and failure test under normal and ultimate work conditions,the deformation,strain,crack development,failure mechanism and ultimate bearing capacity of CFSTC joint are analyzed,then 3-D nonlinear finite element models were used to analyze the mechanical properties of this CFSTC joint using ANSYS according to rational choice of appropriate material stress-strain relations and failure criteria.The finite element analysis results show good agreement with those of the experiment.The results also show that this new type of joint performs well and its bearing capacity is reliable under normal condition,the improved new type of connection has been used in practice.
