摘　　要：随着中国保险业的蓬勃发展及保险业务的日益国际化,急需大量既懂英语又懂保险的国际型保险人才,保险人才的应用能力培养迫在眉睫。为确保人才培养工作落到实处,急需一种科学合理的考核评价方式来指引、保证。本文主要探讨国际保险人才应用能力应有的考核项目:学生的英语技能、保险技能及综合素质与能力等,并从课堂表现、课后作业、参与活动及竞赛、考试成绩、进步情况等几个方面进行综合评价,使人才培养更能符合社会及保险行业的需要。With the fast development of insurance and increasingly internationalization of insurance business, more talents with insurance and English skills are eagerly needed. The effect of developing talents can only be assessed, promoted and ensured by the scientific evaluation system. This article tries to probe into the evaluation content and criterion in training application abilities of international insurance talents, including： English level and insurances kills as well as vocational qualities etc. Talents’abilities are evaluated from the following aspects： classroom behavior, after-class assignment, participation in activities and competitions, final exam and the degree of progress.
