摘　　要：目的分析军队老干部对恶性肿瘤的认知、态度及行为,为更好地做好保障工作提供理论指导。方法收集4所军队干休所126名老干部的一般情况,并针对他们对肿瘤防治的认知、态度以及行为等方面问题进行书面问卷调查。结果军队老干部对肿瘤相关致癌因素有较好的认知,尽管有部分老干部对肿瘤防治倾向于顺其自然的态度,但总的来说他们的日常行为较为健康积极。结论军队老干部是一个特殊的群体,应关注其对肿瘤防治认知、态度和行为,并有针对地做好防治工作。Objective To analyse cognition,attitude and behavior of army veteran cadre to malignant tumor and to provide theoretical guidance for better security work. Methods The general informatiion of 126 veteran cadres from 4 military convalescent homes was collected. The survey of their cognition, attitude and behavior to malignant tumor were carried out with written questionnaire. Results They have a better cognitive to related carcinogenic factors of tumor. Although some veteran cadre have natural attitude to tumor prevention and treatment, generally their daily behavior are healthy and positive. Conclusion As a special group,it is necessary to focus on cognition,attitude and behavior of army veteran cadre to tumor prevention and treatment and take preventive measures accordingly.
