摘　　要：分析了国内外餐厨垃圾处理设备的发展现状,研究了餐厨垃圾处理设备目前存在的问题,重点探讨了小型餐厨垃圾处理设备今后的发展趋势.The current development status of domestic and international processing equipment of food res- idue were analyzed and compared deeply, the existing problem of small processing equipment of food resi- due was studied, and the future development trends of it was discussed in the article.
