论民族地区农民体育需求与农村体育服务体系建设

摘　　要：民族地区农村体育服务体系是以政府为主导、以提供基本而有保障的公共产品为主要任务、以农民分享改革发展成果为基本目标的一系列制度安排。既满足农民日益增长的体育需求,为全民的和终身的体育生活方式提供服务保障;又满足民族地区文化发展的需求,为少数民族体育文化的传承与发展提供新的路径;更是为农民享受基本的体育服务提供了法律、制度保障,成为建设民族地区社会主义新农村与和谐社会的基础条件。The present physical culture service system in ethnic rural area is aimed to provide a series of securitied public welfare products and relocating the fruits of reforming since 1980’s which is oriented by the government.It is recognized as a device to meet the increasing rural needs for physical culture and to insure the security for life long physical culture of the nation.At the meantime,it also accelerates the cultural development of the ethnic rural area,as well as provides the new facilities for maintaining and enhancing the traditional culture.It also can be valued as an important role in ensuring the legal and systematical security,and as a great part for infrastructure in constructing a harmonious society in the ethnic rural.
