摘  要:目的比较头颅CT血管成像(CTA)和颈部血管彩超在腔隙性脑梗死患者颅内外动脉病变检测中的临床价值。方法对53例腔隙性脑梗死患者同时进行头颅CTA和颈部血管彩超检查,比较其颅内外动脉狭窄及硬化的检测情况。结果 53例患者中,CTA检查异常24例(45.3%),颈部血管彩超异常50例(94.3%);两种检查方法阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论头颅CTA和颈部血管彩超均可检测出患者颅内或颅外动脉病变,而后者检出率更高,可作为诊断的常规检查。Objective To compare the value of brain CTA and carotid artery color doppler ultrasound in the detection of intra-cranial and extra-cranial arterial diseases in patients with lacuna infarct.Methods Brain CTA and carotid artery color doppler ultrasound were performed to detect the intra-cranial and extra-cranial arterial diseases,such as stenosis or sclerosis in 53 patients with lacuna infarct.Results The positive rate of brain CTA and carotid artery color doppler ultrasound were 45.3% and 94.3% respectively.And there was significant difference between these two methods(P<0.01).Conclusion Both brain CTA and carotid artery color doppler ultrasound can be used to detect the intra-cranial or extra-cranial arterial stenosis or sclerosis in patients with lacuna infarct.While carotid artery color doppler ultrasound is superior to brain CTA in this detection.It is supposed that carotid artery color doppler ultrasound is the better way to detect arterial diseases in patients with lacuna infarct.
