摘　　要：脑瘫是儿童最常见的残疾性疾病之一,痉挛是脑瘫常见的运动异常。目前,对痉挛的治疗方法包括药物治疗、物理治疗、矫形器治疗和外科手术治疗。各种治疗在痉挛治疗中都发挥了重要作用。Cerebral palsy is one of the most common disabled diseases in children.Spasm is common motive abnomality in child with cerebral palsy.At present the main therapy for cerebral palsy is medication,and the non-drug treatments include physical therapy,orthopedic treatment,dorsal rhizotomy,and cosmetic surgery.All have their own features.
