补阳还五汤联合丹参多酚注射液治疗气虚血瘀型脑梗塞随机对照临床研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察补阳还五汤联合丹参多酚注射液治疗气虚血瘀型脑梗塞疗效。[方法]采用随机、对照方法,将70例患者按随机数字表法,分为治疗组(36例)与对照组(34例)。对照组在针对病因治疗基础上给予丹参多酚酸盐注射液150mg加入生理盐水250mL中静脉滴注,1次/d。治疗组在对照组的基础上加用补阳还五汤(药用当归、赤芍、地龙、川芎、桃仁、红花、黄芪),水煎服,1剂/d。均连续10d为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程后判定疗效。[结果]治疗组总有效率91.67%,对照组总有效率76.47%,治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]补阳还五汤联合丹参多酚注射液治疗气虚血瘀型脑梗塞疗效满意。[Objective] Observation buyanghuanwu soup combined salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenol injection treatment of blood stasis type cerebral infarction curative effect.[Methods]Use of a randomized,controlled method,will 70 patients according to the random method,divided into the treatment group（36 cases） and control group（34 cases）;Control group in the treatment on the basis of given salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenol acid salt injection;The treatment group based in the control group plus buyanghuanwu soup.[Results] Treatment group total effective rate was 91.67%,Control group total effectiveness is 76.47%,The treatment group was better than control group clinical curative effect（P0.01）.[Conclusion] Buyanghuanwu soup combined salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenol injection treatment of blood stasis type cerebral infarction the results were satisfactory.
