摘　　要：合作企业的选择是组建基于网络化制造企业联盟的关键,给出了基于网络化制造企业联盟合作企业选择的步骤及初选的评价指标体系,建立了以成本、质量、时间、风险等因素组成的综合评价指标体系,并将层次分析法和灰色评价方法结合起来,对基于网络化制造企业联盟合作企业进行综合评价,达到综合评价与选择合作伙伴的目的。The choice of cooperative enterprises is the key for the establishment of the enterprises alliance based on networked manu- facturing. Therefore, the step and the evaluation index system for preliminary choice of choice of cooperative enterprises for the enterprises alliance based on networked manufacturing is given in this paper, the synthesized evaluation index system composed of the factor such as cost, quality, time and risk. In addition the Analytic Hierarchy Process and Grey Evaluation Method is combined with in, and the Multi- level Grey Evaluation Method is used to comprehensive evaluation for the cooperative enterprises for the enterprises alliance based on net- worked manufacturinz, in order to achievinz the purpose of multi-level evaluation and choice for the Cooperative Enterprises.
