摘　　要：大学生社团活动是高校校园文化建设的重要组成部分,也是实施素质教育的重要环节。学校团委不但要依据相关规定对各社团进行相应的管理,还应该对其组织机构的建立、规章制度的完善等方面提供针对性的指导。在管理大学生社团的过程中,应该改变单向的指令性管理模式,在充分尊重大学生的主体地位的基础上实施互动式管理,要在为大学生社团提供服务的过程中对其实施积极的影响,并通过专业化的指导和监督使大学生社团健康发展。The college students club activities is an important part of the campus cultural construction, is the important link of the implementation of quality education. The school youth corps committee not only should carry out corresponding management according to relevant regulations of each community, but also provide specific guidance to the establishment of organization, the perfection of the rules and regulations. In the process of management of college students associations, we should change the one-way mandatory management mode, implement the interactive management based on fully respecting for college students＇ main body status, play the positive influence in the process of provide services for the college students associations, and make he healthy development of college students associations through the professional guidance and supervision.
