PROPEX~Ⅱ根管长度测量仪应用于514个根管的准确性分析

摘　　要：目的评价PROPEXⅡ根管长度测量仪测量根管工作长度的准确性。方法将临床上需要进行根管治疗的患牙502颗、1 012个根管随机分为两组,实验组采用PROPEXⅡ根管长度测量仪测量根管工作长度,对照组采用X线法计算根管工作长度,再按测量长度常规根管充填后进行X线摄片测量,比较两者的准确率。结果实验组根管充填适充率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 PROPEXⅡ根管长度测量能方便、快捷、准确的测量根管长度,优于X线计算法。Objective To evaluate the accuracy of PROPEXⅡ root canal length meter in measuring root canal working length.Methods Totally 1 012 root canals of 502 teeth were randomly divided into two groups.The root canals of the experimental group were measured by PROPEXⅡ root canal length meter,the control group were used X-ray method to calculate the root canal working length and measured by the X-ray after all canals were prepared and filled.The accuracy of two groups were compared.Results The successful ratio of root canal therapy of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The PROPEXⅡ root canal length meter is safer,faster and more accurate in tooth root canal length measuring,the effect is better than X-ray method.
