摘　　要：目的探讨环氧化酶(COX-2)mRNA在喉及喉咽部良、恶性病变组织中表达的临床意义。方法应用原位杂交方法检测64例咽喉癌、35例喉乳头状瘤和30例正常喉黏膜标本中COX-2 mRNA的表达。结果 COX-2 mRNA在咽喉癌、喉乳头状瘤和正常喉黏膜标本的表达阳性率分别为89.06%、22.86%、16.67%(P<0.01)。咽喉癌COX-2 mRNA的表达阳性率与性别、年龄等因素差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但与肿瘤分期、分化程度、浸润程度以及是否有转移有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01)。结论 COX-2可能参与咽及咽喉恶性病变的发生、发展,并且与咽喉癌的分化、浸润及转移有密切关系。Objective To study the clinical significance of expressions of cyclooxygenase-2（COX-2） mRNA in benign or malignant change tissue of laryngeal or laryngopharynx. Methods The expression of COX-2 mRNA in 64 cases of laryngocarcinoma,35 cases of laryngeal papillomas and 30 case of normal human laryngeal mucous membrane were detected using techniques of in situ hybridization. Results The positive percentages of COX-2 mRNA expression in laryngocarcinoma,laryngeal papillomas and normal human laryngeal mucous membrane were respectively 89.06%,22.86% and 16.67%（P0.01）.The positive percentages of COX-2 mRNA expression in laryngocarcinoma was not statistical related to gender and years old（P0.05）,but was statistical related to neoplasm staging,differentiation degree,infiltration degree and metastasis（P0.05）. Conclusion COX-2 may be related to the tumorigenesis and tumor progression of laryngocarcinoma,and may play key roles in invasion,infiltration and metastasis of laryngocarcinoma.
