摘  要:[目的]对细脚拟青霉进行液体栽培研究,并对其氨基酸成分进行分析。[方法]利用马铃薯葡萄糖蛋白胨液体培养基进行液体栽培试验,测定孢梗束产量,并对液体栽培的细脚拟青霉孢梗束和摇瓶培养的细脚拟青霉菌丝体的氨基酸含量进行测定比较。[结果]液体栽培的干孢梗束产量为2.50 g/L;氨基酸分析表明,细脚拟青霉孢梗束的芳香族氨基酸是菌丝体中的2倍,但菌丝体中的人体必需氨基酸、儿童必需氨基酸和甜味氨基酸含量高于孢梗束。[结论]该研究为细脚拟青霉相关产品的开发提供了参考。[ Objective ] The aim was to cultivate the Paecilomyces tenuipes in liquid media and analyze amino acid constituents. [ Method ] The liquid cultivation test was done by potato-glucose-peptone liquid media, and the synnemata yield was determined. Then the amino acids con- tent was determined and compared with the synnemata of liquid cultivation and mycelia of shake flask culture. [ Result] The dry synnemata yield of liquid cultivation was 2.50 g/L; the amino acids analysis showed that the content of aromatic amino acids in the synnemata wsa twice as much as those in the mycelia, but the essential amino acids, essential amino acids for children and sweet acids in mycelia were higher than that in the svnnemata. [ Conclusion~ It provided reference for development of P. tenuiDes related nroducts.
