摘　　要：对我国废弃食用油情况进行分析,借用国外的先进经验,对我国废弃食用油资源化利用提供了一些建议:建立合理的回收方法及制度,加大政策扶持力度,加强科研与企业的合作,将生物柴油制备产业化。Waste cooking oil （WCOs） in China was analyzed, severa｜ advices for the utilization of WCOs were put forward by referring to ad- vanced experiences at abroad, such as establishing proper recycling method and system, strengthening policy support, promoting the coopera- tion between technology researchers and enterprises, making industrialization of biodiesel preparation.
