摘　　要：大学生党建工作是高校学生工作的重要组成部分,发展大学生党员工作是对大学生未来价值的政治认同。虽然目前国内高等院校普遍在大学生党建工作方面进行了积极的探索,并取得初步成效,但在实际工作中却存在许多现实问题和制约因素,构建大学生党员发展的长效机制势在必行。The construction of CPC for university students is es sential. Task of recruiting undergraduate communists is the polit ical identification on future value of the undergraduate. Although it was actively explored by domestic colleges and universities, and achieved initial results, but there are many practical prob lems and constraints in practical work. Building a lasting frame work for recruiting undergraduate communists is imperative.
