摘　　要：按照《学生伤害事故处理办法》高校对大学生伤害事故承担责任,以过错为归责原则。本文旨在具体分析高校对大学生伤害事故承担责任的构成要件和高校免除责任的具体事由。According to the ＂Student Injury Treatment＂, the col lege is responsible for the student injury accident premise of fault. The article aims to analysis of the conditions of the col lege responsibility of the student injury accident and student injury accident college exempted from liability reasons.
