摘　　要：大学生的就业观对其就业具有导向作用,新形势下,"90后"大学生的就业观发生了很大变化,出现了许多新问题和新情况。本文在分析"90后"大学生就业观特征及存在问题的基础上,探索高校大学生就业指导工作。College students＇ employment outlook plays a guiding role in their employment. In the new situation, ＂post-90s＂ college students＇ employment outlook changes a lot, and many problems and situations advent. Based on analyzing the features and existing problems in ＂post-90s＂ college students＇ employment outlook, this paper explores the guiding work of college students.
