替硝唑局部用药治疗牙周炎和冠周炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　探讨替硝唑局部用药治疗牙周炎和冠周炎的临床效果。 方法　 采用明胶海绵为载体 ,将替硝唑置于炎症期牙周袋内 ,观察其对牙周炎与冠周炎疗效。结果　 替硝唑局部用药治疗牙周炎、冠周炎的效果与对照组比较 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论　 替硝唑以明胶海绵为载体牙周局部用药 ,能使药物缓慢释出 ,局部药物浓度高 。Objective To explore the curative effect of local application of tinidazole to the treatment periodonitis and pericoronitis.Methods With gelfoam as the carrier,tinidazole was put into periodontal pockets to treat periodontitis and pericoronitis.Results Remarkable difference existed in the curative effects of the local application of tinidazole and the rountine treatments(P<0.01).Conclusion With gelfoams as the carriers,high density local application can make tinidazole released slowly and has proved to be quite effective in the treatment of periodontitis and pericoronitis.
