摘　　要：垂直腔半导体激光器(VCSEL)以优于传统的边发射激光器的性能,在很多应用领域已经占据了越来越重要的地位,要很好的研究它的应用价值就必须了解它的特性。本文采用SILVACO仿真软件对VCSEL的发光特性以及热特性进行仿真。得到了一些VCSEL的发光特性和热特性参数,来说明它的实际工作情况。The performance of vertical-cavity semiconductor laser （VCSEL） is better than the traditional edge-emitting lasers, in many applications have occupied an increasingly important position to research its value it is necessary to understand its characteristics. This article to adopt SILVACO simulation software to simulate the light-emitting properties and thermal properties of the VCSEL, Some parameters of the luminous and thermal characteristics of the VCSEL, to illustrate theactual work.
