摘  要:随着我国教育国际化的进一步发展,临床医学专业留学生与日俱增。为了不断提高医学留学生教育教学质量,更加符合教育国际化的发展要求,我们探索和思考了临床医学专业英语授课留学生教育的师资队伍建设和实践的问题。就医学留学生师资培训工作采取了一系列积极对策,我们成立了临床医学专业留学生教育工作领导小组,认真选择教师培训对象,明确培训目标,制定整体培训计划,制定相应的鼓励政策及考核方式,着眼教师语言水平和应用能力的提高,获得了一些经验和成果。With the increasing development of educational internationalization, the number of foreign students whose major is clinical medicine has grown with each passing day. In order to unceasingly improve the quality of medical foreign student teaching and conform to the requirement for the development of educational internationalization, we explored the construction of teacher team who taught in English for the clinical medical foreign students and the practice in it. A series of positive countermeasures on the training of teachers responsible for the medical education of foreign students was taken, including the establishment of the leading group of clinical medicine education of foreign s'cudents, the selection of trained objects, clearing about the training goal, the formulation of training plan, working out corresponding encouragement policy and the inspection way, which focused on the improvement of teachers' language proficiency and practical capability. Some experiences and achievements in it have been obtained by us.
