摘  要:在康有为数十年的海外漫游中,饮食文化亦是其关注的重要内容之一。在印度的居留生活,使他深切感受到"印度无美食"背后的印度(东方)文明的衰落,而更加向往欧美世界。冠绝欧美的德国是他推崇的成功典范,味道绝佳的慕尼黑啤酒成为德国文明的符号和标志。然而,列国美食虽好,终不过源自中华,"西食中源"说折射出他对西方物质文明的向往和对中华传统道德文化的依恋。During Kang Youwei's decades of overseas travels food was one of the most important contents on which he focused.When he lived in India,he deeply felt the decline of Indian civilization that was reflected by the ugly local food.Kang was attracted to the European and American world.Germany was a successful example he praised,and the delicious munchen beer became the symbol of German civilization.However,although the foreign foods tasted good,they all stemmed from the Chinese food.The saying "Foreign food stemming from the Chinese food" reflected his yearning for western material civilization and attaching to the Chinese traditional moral culture.
