摘　　要：新型血管紧张素转化酶和中性肽链内切酶的双重抑制剂 ,在作用机制上较单纯ACE抑制剂有一定的优越性。它们通过抑制ACE和NEP的活性而发挥降低血压 ,增加体内ANP水平 ,促进尿钠排泄的作用。同时还具有抑制心肌肥厚 ,改善心、肾功能等作用。因此ACE和NEP双重抑制剂为高血压和心衰的治疗开辟了一条新途径。本文简要综述其药理作用机制。New dual ACE/NEP inhibitors are superior to single ACE inhibitors in their mechanism of action. They can decline blood pressure, raise the level of ANP and promote the urine Na+ excreting from body by inhibiting the activity of ACE and NEP. They can also relieve the myocardial hypertophy and improve the cardionephric function. In this report, a number of new dual ACE/NEP inhibitors are reviewed, including their pharmacological effects, structureactivity relationships and development status.
