医院IT硬件运维管理模式的探讨

摘　　要：IT硬件的运维管理在医院信息化发展过程中担负越来越重要的角色。本文对医院现有IT硬件设施情况进行考查,通过技术手段探讨适合医院IT硬件发展的运维模式并建立员工考核评价体系,不断寻找促进模式发展的关键因素,为提高医院硬件信息化管理水平提供有效的措施。The management about IT Equipment maintenance takes more and more important role in the development of the hospital .In this paper, the existing IT Equipment facilities are analyzed, and then technical means are used to explore the suitable way to fit the development of IT Equipment. Also we establish the evaluation system for staff and constantly look for the key factors to advance the pattern that in order to improve the IT Equipment maintenance in hospital.
