摘　　要：塑料的型材加工和制造对于高分子相关专业的学生是一门很重要的专业技能。结合黑龙江大学高分子材料与工程本科专业人才培养方案开设了塑料制品研发实训课程,并在塑料制品研发实训课程中开展了塑料的型材加工和制造,在教师的指导下让学生自主地完成这一训练项目。通过塑料型材的自主设计和制造,培养学生研究性学习的习惯,加强学生创新实践的能力,突出专业的培养特色。Processing and manufacture of plastic product processing and manufacture are a kind of very important professional skills for the students of polymer material and engineering specialty.Plastic product research and practical training lecture was carried out based on the teaching plan of polymer material and engineering specialty of Heilongjiang university,and plastic product processing and manufacture was carried out in the plastic product research and practical training lecture,students finish the training by themselves under the guidance of tutors.Through the design and processing of plastic product to train the research learning habit of students,and strengthen the innovation practice ability of students and specialty training characteristic.
